Terms of Service
The legal framework defining our relationship and your rights as a client.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Early Birds Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease usage immediately.
2. Visa Guarantees
While we boast a high success rate, Early Birds Solutions cannot guarantee the issuance of any visa. The final decision lies solely with the respective government Relocation authorities (IRCC, DHA, etc).
3. Payments & Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Application processing fees paid to governments are never refundable, regardless of the application outcome.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent documents. Doing so will result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential reporting to authorities.
Termination Clause
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client displays abusive behavior towards staff or fails to adhere to payment schedules.
